Junior's Favorite Adobo

Ingredients:Adobo

2 lbs         Lean pork, cut into 1 inch cube
1 tbsp       Fresh ground black pepper
3 pcs         Bay Leaves
3 gloves     Garlic minced
3/4 cup      Gold Medal Cane Vinegar
1/4 cup      Gold Medal Soy Sauce
                 Salt to taste (optional)

Preparation:

Stir together the Gold Medal Cane Vinegar, Gold Medal Soy Sauce, garlic, and bay leaves in a large saucepan. Add the cubed pork and bring to a boil over high heat.  Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until pork is tender about 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with plain rice.
