Crispy Calamares, by "GM"

Ingredients:GM
1 lb Squid Rings
1 cup Cornstarch
½ cup Flour
1 ½ cup Water
3 cups Cooking Oil
Gold Medal Spiced Vinegar

Preparation:
Wash squid rings and drain. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and flour. Add cold water and mix well.

Heat cooking oil over medium high heat. Roll squid lightly in flour/cornstarch mix. Deep fry squid in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve with Gold Medal Spicy Vinegar for best taste!
